You need to have the Changi app and be a Changi Rewards (CR) member to redeem parking eCoupons via CarPass. 

If there is a CarPass QR code on your qualifying receipt:

1. Scan the QR code on your receipt, which will launch your Changi app
2. Redirect automatically to CarPass module within your Changi app
3. Verify/Input your vehicle license plate number and the IU number returned
4. Click “Proceed” to confirm IU number
5. Parking eCoupons will be auto-credited to CR member’s account

 If there is no CarPass QR code on your qualifying receipt:

1. Login to your Changi app
2. Click on "Enjoy Parking Promos" icon on the homepage
3. Verify/Input your vehicle license plate number and the IU number returned
4. Click “Proceed” to confirm IU number
5. Select relevant parking promotion for redemption
6. Select "Attach" option to upload an image of receipt
7. Key in the receipt details and redeem the parking eCoupons

Exit the carpark seamlessly! 2-hour free parking will be deducted from your parking charges. There is no need to remove your cashcard.

** Please ensure that promotion redemption on Carpass is done at least 15 minutes prior to exiting the carpark.

- To qualify for the 2-Hour Weekend Free Parking with Mastercard® promotion, redemption must be made with a single receipt with a minimum spend of $50 ($100 for Supermarket) with Mastercard® at participating outlets in Jewel Changi Airport.

- Promotion is valid from 11 November 2023 to 10 November 2024, unless otherwise stated.
 

-  Promotion is exclusive to Changi Rewards members with a valid Changi App account only.

- Redemptions have to be made on the same day of purchase and through CarPass on the Changi App.

- Limited to one redemption per Changi Rewards member per day, regardless of amount spent in excess of the Minimum Spend Requirement.

- The 2-hour complimentary parking eCoupon (worth $4.80) is valid on the day of issuance only. 

- Parking eCoupons redeemed can only be used at Terminal 1/Jewel’s carpark, from levels B3 to B5. Free parking eCoupons redeemed under this promotion are not eligible for use at carparks located at Terminal 1 Short-Term Parking (B2 & B2M) and Terminals 2, 3 and 4.

- All redemptions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not for resale.

- All Attractions, Retail and Food & Beverage (F&B) outlets within Jewel Changi Airport are participating outlets, except for the following:
