[Advisory] Please be advised that the following attractions will be closed due to private events: 

  • • Foggy Bowls will be closed from 27 January to 3 February.
  • • Changi Experience Studio will be closed on 13 February from 3pm to 8pm and 18 March from 11am to 3pm.
  • • Forest Valley will be closed on 26 February from 10pm to 27 February 1pm. 
  • • Jewel-rassic Quest will be unavailable on 27 February from 10am to 2pm. 
  • • All Jewel attractions (except Changi Experience Studio) will be closed from 20 to 23 April. 
  • • The entire Level 5 of Jewel will not be accessible to the public from 21 to 23 April. This includes non-public access to the 7 dining outlets: 
  •                        • Arteastiq
  •                        • Arteastiq Depatio
  •                        • Baba Nyonya
  •                        • Elfuego by COLLIN'S
  •                        • Hitoyoshi Izakaya
  •                        • Jack's Place
  •                        • Kantin

 

Other attractions continue to remain open and tickets can be purchased here.

Any person who has reason to believe that a Jewel employee, or anyone acting on behalf of Jewel, has engaged in illegal or otherwise improper conduct, should promptly report the matter to the Company via online submission here.

 

All reports made will be treated with confidence. Jewel will not tolerate any kind of retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports an actual or suspected violation of this Code or any other Jewel policy.
