• - Promotion is only valid from 6 to 11 November 2026 only, unless otherwise stated.

• - Promotion is only valid for transaction amount between S$11 and S$10,000. For avoidance of doubt, GST discount will be capped at S$10,000 per transaction amount. The remaining amount exceeding S$10,000 will not qualify for promotion and subject to each participating store’s terms & conditions.

• Example:
  > Transaction amount = S$15,000
  > Amount entitled for GST-absorbed promotion = S$10,000
  > GST discount that will be issued by tenant instore = S$900 (9% of $10,000)
  > GST amount that will not be issued by tenant instore = S$450 (9% of $15,000 less $10,000)
• * The GST amount may vary depending if the GST is already included in the price of the item (in the above example, GST amount is not inclusive of the purchase price)

• - Transactions must be made in-store.

• - Promotion is only valid on the same-day of transaction.
•  
• - Promotion is only valid for transactions after deduction of all other discounts.
•  
• - Promotion is not valid for purchases of vouchers, gift cards and tobacco.

• - Splitting receipts from a single purchase is not allowed.
•  
• - Online purchases from participating Retail stores will not be eligible for the promotion.

• - Promotion is subjected to the respective participating Retail store’s terms and conditions

• - Redemption must be made at Level 1 Jewel Concierge from 10am - 10pm daily, last redemption at 9:30pm.

• - Shopper must be present at point of redemption.
•  
• - All redemptions must be made on the same-day of purchase with the qualifying spending receipt, corresponding charge slip and UOB credit/debit cards used for the transaction for verification.
•  
• - Promotion is limited to one redemption per shopper per day, regardless of the amount spent, and while stocks last and on a first-come-first-served basis. 
•  
• - Promotion is not stackable with other UOB Cards promotions at Jewel.
•  
• - Promotion is valid at all participating Retail and F&B outlets (“Participating Outlets”) in Jewel.

• - Promotion is not valid for receipts from:
• i. Fun Claw, Solace Studios, Rest N Go, Servicing charges from Dyson Demo Store Service Centre, Health screening and screening packages from Minmed Wellness Collective, packages from Natureland Spa. Premium

• viii. Online purchases, including website or app ticket purchases for Jewel Attractions
• ix. Tobacco products 
• x. Banks / ATMs / Money Changers / Financial Services 
• xi. SISTIC / AXS / SAM payments
• xii. Cash Card / Stored Value Cards Top-Up transactions
• xiii. Temporary vendors at promotional spaces, e.g. Jewel Atrium, Cloud9 Piazza, pop-up stores, pushcarts/kiosks and vending machines.
• xiv. Lounges, passenger meeting services counters, left-luggage service counters, tour and travel services 
• xv. Car rental/polishing services, airport shuttle and transportation counters

• - Only mobile transactions linked to an Eligible Card made through the following platforms will be recognised as qualifying transactions for this Promotion:
• a. Android Pay
• b. Apple Pay
• c. Changi Pay
• d. Google Pay
• e. Samsung Pay
• f. UOB App

• - Transactions made via NETS, Alipay, Atome Pay, Fave Pay, Grab Pay, KrisPay or any other related mobile payment that is linked to an Eligible Card are excluded from the Promotion.

• - Payment for the qualifying spend can only be made with Eligible Cards. Payment made using in-store vouchers (e.g. FairPrice vouchers), Jewel Vouchers, Changi Dollar vouchers, Changi Rewards eVouchers Flexi, Changi Gift Cards or eCapitaVouchers are excluded from making up the qualifying spend. However, partial payment using such vouchers will be accepted provided the qualifying spend is paid using an Eligible Card.

• - Receipts used for redemption under mall promotions are not eligible for refunds at any tenant store. Exchanges are subject to tenants' exchange policy.

• - This offer is valid for the following Cards ("Eligible Card"), unless otherwise stated: UOB Credit and Debit Cards issued in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia or Vietnam.
