• Once the tickets have been issued, they are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

1. Where is Jewel Changi Airport located?
Jewel Changi Airport is situated at the pulic area and is centrally located among Terminal 1, 2 & 3, with direct connection to Terminal 1 Arrival Hall.
2. How much time do I need to allocate to visit Jewel and how do I get there?
Jewel is a 5 to 10-minute walk via a link bridge from Terminal 2 & 3.
We recommend transit passengers to only exit immigration if the layover duration is more than 5.5 hours to enjoy a relaxed visit to Jewel Changi Airport.
3. Are there any documents required in order to exit immigration to visit Jewel?
Transit passengers who wish to visit Jewel are required to clear immigrations, exit the airport and walk over to Jewel Changi Airport via the link bridge located near Level 2 Departure Hall of Terminal 2 and Terminal Transit passengers are required to have all relevant documents to clear immigration.
Depending on the issuing country of the passport you are holding, passengers of eligible nationalities enjoy visa-free entry into Singapore. Visa Free Transit Facility (VFTF)
Transit passengers of eligible nationalities may also qualify for VFTF if prevailing entry requirements are met. Assessment for entry is determined by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) officers at the point of entry. For more information, please click here.
