Jewel Management Associate Programme (J-MAP)

The Jewel Changi Airport Development (JCAD) Management Associate Programme (J-MAP) is designed to nurture future leaders of the retail and hospitality industry. The programme offers fresh graduates a structured training with mentorship opportunities. You will gain in-depth expertise and career development opportunities that will enable you to fast track your career.


This exciting three-year programme will offer you valuable insights to different aspects of the business with at least three job rotations across the diverse business functions. You will be sent for Leadership training in the third year and receive one-on-one mentorship from senior leaders throughout the duration of the programme.

Two to three potential graduates will be selected for this programme each year.
We welcome graduates from recognised universities, or applicants with no more than two years of working experience, to apply for the programme. Shortlisted applicants will undergo a four-stage selection and assessment process.
There are two career tracks – (1) Corporate Strategy.Marketing Track and (2) Operations/Engineering Track. You can indicate your preferred career track at the point of application submission. 
Graduates who have successfully completed the programme will be placed in a permanent role where they can continue to contribute their experience and knowledge towards the success of the organisation. There will be a discussion with Human Resources after the programme completion for eventual role placement in the organisation. 
Successful applicants will be offered a competitive salary package with an attractive sign-on bonus.
