·       All redemptions must be made at Level 1 Concierge Counter at Jewel Changi Airport, from 10am to 10pm daily (last redemption is at 9.30pm).

·       All redemptions are limited to one redemption per guest for the entire campaign period, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

·       Duplicated tickets will not be accepted for redemption.

·       All redemptions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not for resale.

·       Jewel Changi Airport reserves the right to amend or add to the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
