As the only lounge in the public area of the airport, The Haven offers a tranquil environment for you to rest and relax before, after, or between flights. The lounge has 18 nap rooms and 13 shower rooms fitted with rain showers for you to freshen up during your stay.
Enjoy a complimentary range of beverages, snacks, light meals and access to a range of entertainment options such as widescreen TVs, a business area with Apple Macs and PCs, newspapers, magazines and complimentary WiFi. Two meeting rooms are also available for booking.

Looking for a tranquil environment to rest or work? The lounge provides high-speed internet connectivity, as well as meeting rooms with video conferencing facilities.
A series of measures have been put in place to give our guests the assurance of a safe haven to work and study at. To ensure a constant flow of fresh air, new air filtration equipment has been installed and portable air purifiers deployed within the lounge. Seating capacity is managed to ensure enhanced safe distancing, and selected zones have been equipped with acrylic partition shields. Cleaning and sanitisation efforts have also been stepped up, with surfaces treated with a high performance anti-microbial coating for added protection.
The lounge is also certified SG Clean by Singapore Tourism Board and Enterprise Singapore, with safe management practices in place. With these, guests can be assured of the safe environment and enjoy a pleasant and restful time at the lounge.
Note: Priority Pass (including LoungeKey and LoungeKey Pass) and Dragon Pass programmes are now accepted with valid boarding pass.
