If there is a QR Code on your qualifying receipt:

• STEP 1: Scan the QR Code issued with your receipt to purchase your premium(s) via Changi App
• STEP 2: Select your collection location (Redemption Booth at B1 Jewel Atrium (between Fossil & ZARA), preferred premiums(s), quantity and proceed to payment
• STEP 3: Proceed to the Redemption Booth at B1 Jewel Atrium (between Fossil & ZARA), from 11am to 10pm, daily to collect your premium(s)

If there is no QR code on your qualifying receipt:

• STEP 1: Launch your Changi app, scroll down and click on "FAQ" under "Explore Changi"
• STEP 2: Click "Upload receipt"
• STEP 3: Fill in the eligible receipt and click "Submit"
• STEP 4: Select your collection location (Redemption Booth at B1 Jewel Atrium between Fossil & ZARA), preferred premium(s), quantity and proceed to payment
• STEP 5: Proceed to the Redemption Booth at B1 Jewel Atrium (between Fossil & ZARA), from 11am to 10pm, daily to collect your premium(s)

All premiums purchased and not collected by 1 January 2024 will be forfeited.
