Elfuego™ by COLLIN’S® is the first Halal concept introduced under the COLLIN’S® umbrella. As part of its ever-growing expansion into upmarket outlets and fine-dining options, Elfuego – opened on 17 April 2019, revolves around an elevated dining experience, offering culinary standard European cuisine by our award-winning local team of Chefs. Aimed to redefine the dining experience for both local and international guests, Elfuego – a modern Halal European restaurant offers a higher-end Halal option that can accommodate to both Muslim and non-Muslim customers.
Featuring a state-of-the-art Mibrasa oven at the heart of Elfuego’s open concept kitchen, a key feature in the menu is charcoal grilled meats. Courtesy of the chefs’ competition experience, intricate plating especially for desserts, will be on par for the course as well. As a nod to Jewel Changi Airport Rain Votex, Strawberry ($12) is an “edible waterfall” where diners are given a jug of Strawberry Consomme to pour through a Speculoos Biscuit ring balanced on fresh strawberries and topped with White Chocolate cream.
