[ADVISORY] For the well-being of our guests, we will be carrying out temperature checks at the entrance of Canopy Park. We seek your understanding and cooperation.  Daily temperature checks are also conducted for all our staff.


[ADVISORY] With effect from 17 February 2020, the opening hours of Canopy Park will be adjusted. The revised opening hours will be from 10am to 11pm daily.


[ADVISORY] Please be informed that there will be changes to the operating hours of some retail and dining outlets at Jewel from 8 February. Please check with the respective shops and eateries for information about their latest operating hours.

Advisory on COVID-19


In light of the current COVID-19 situation, Jewel Changi Airport has stepped up and implemented the following precautionary measures: 


1) Temperature screening for all staff before the start and end of each shift. Staff with fever & flu-like symptoms will be asked to seek immediate medical treatment.


2) Deploy hand sanitisers at all concierge counters and Canopy Park attractions.


3) Staff will monitor closely for guests looking unwell and urge them to seek medical consultation at the nearest clinic at Terminal 3. Masks will also be provided to the guests who feel unwell.


4) Cleaning regimes and disinfection efforts have also been intensified.


5) Temperature screening is carried out for all guests entering Canopy Park, Changi Experience Studio, Changi Lounge, Shaw Theatres and YotelAIR Singapore Changi Airport.
